How to use this site
If you are a homeowner looking for simple things to do before calling for repair service
The menu on the left are pages that cover specific subjects. Many have sub pages that highlight when the cursor is hovered or there may be a list of related pages when you click on the subject. These sub pages explain more specific parts of the menu page. Design sections are training modules to help you understand the how and why of HVAC.
The library is an ever expanding list of service manuals for equipment and parts. This craft is a hands on and highly technical career. You are encouraged to find the parts I discuss and tear them apart and look for yourself.
The troubleshoot page is an index of pages that covers troubleshoot of all types of furnaces. In some cases I have also placed a menu shortcut in the main menu.
